My 93 year old dad was in Springhill Baptist CCU for three days due to COPD and congestive heart failure. The nurses were great and the doctors were wonderful. The dietitian was so helpful, even called to check on dad after a week of being at home. The HOUSEKEEPING is terrible. The floors were so nasty. The bathroom smelled like mildew. During our 3 day stay we had to ask for clean gowns for dad. His bed was not changed during 3 days nor did we see HOUSEKEEPING. This should be one of the main things done to keep down infecti... read more

We met Dr. Beare after my husband had a near fatal Strep A Sepsis and Necrotizing fasciitis. He was critically ill several days, began to notice more going on around him but each day was new. He couldn't remember. At first it was day to day visitors and progressed to not remembering how to go to the hospital for dressing changes after discharge. We continued to notice he wasn't himself and was afraid of crowds, going out in public and many other things. It completely changed our lives. We searched for help with local physici... read more

Horrible place always rude.. we got kicked out because we couldn't except eye rolls and sneers from the nurse, while explaining an allergy that she didn't understand. Wasn't her job in the first place..take your note for the doctor and let the doctor talk to us. But we were referred to another place instead of reprimanding the staff. After seeing her for years! Go to children's it worth the wait! Dumping patients, mind you children because employee's aren't held accountable!

The officer manager in the receptionist office was very unprofessional. I've never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I cannot believe that she works for a doctor's office yet alone works for customer service. She's the perfect example of what bad customer service looks like. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone.

I have been a patient of this clinic since 1999. I've been very happy with this clinic, all of the doctors and staff are great. When choosing insurance, my first priority is making sure I don't have to go elsewhere to seek treatment. The Physicians and staff go above and beyond. I love them!
