Helped us close on a house 3 years ago. Got a house under contract at asking price when there was bidding wars happening. Then further negotiated with the seller to save us another 5k during a sellers market. Amazing realtor, very knowledgeable and personable. A lot of realtors are lazy just looking to collect an easy paycheck. She is not one of them. She handles everything all while fighting to get you the best deal possible. percent recommend.
