I am incredibly horrified and disappointed with the service we received from Dr. Lavinia Tulcan. She was not only rude and dismissive but also displayed a complete lack of empathy towards my dog. My dog, who happens to be deaf, was already anxious about being at the vet for her paw injury. She became increasingly terrified during the examination. This is definitely going to be my new vet i bring my cat too! I brought my cat Jahseh because he was peeing blood and all the staff and vet techs were very helpful and kind the whole time! Thank you guys so much!
