I called to make an appointment for obgyn and I was speaking with a lady named Kelsey and she was so rude I just decided to not even schedule here and then when I asked for her last name she said she didn’t feel comfortable giving it to me way to go Kelsey but I’m going to need you to find a job you love doing cause answering calls isn’t one! If k could give you 0 starts I definitely would
