I really liked Dr Carr and her staff. Very professional.
I called the number posted several times but was not given an option to leave a message. Perhaps the voicemail was full. I believe if a patient leaves a less than positive review, the office should reach out to the patient. There are no HIPAA issues my case. When I arrived the front desk could have said we are 15 , 20 minutes behind, or we had a urgent appointment. I did not receive any explanation why I waited an hour to see the doctor. The nurses were very professional and kind. They showed concern on my situation and gave clear instructions about the procedures to follow before seeing the doctor.
