I was Dr. Ferrell's patient when I was a child and now I take my daughter to her as well. She has always had a sunny disposition and positive attitude. It's easy to talk to her and voice concerns as a parent, and she takes time to answer all my questions. Our visits feel very personalized, and we arent rushed out the door.
My six-month baby got Covid positive and was very sick. Upon checking in the emergency room in Our lady of the lake hospital, they told us to contact my baby's pediatric doctor's office. We gave a call to Dr. Ferrell's office the next day and they refused to hear anything and completely refused to let our baby come in for checking. Very very unprofessional doctor. She should be avoided. This doctor and her nurses are very very rude with disrespectful attitude. They should be good human beings before becoming good doctors.
Dr Aimee is amazing. She's been my daughter's pediatrician since day one and we have always stuck with her. She is caring and genuinely supportive.
