so first of all shingles were removed before metal installation. Friday and Saturday we were supposed to get rain so they dried it in because they knew and we're gonna be here the next two days during rain well apparently drying it in to them means it doesn't have to be overlapping and it's OK if it's torn away as well as not having anything sturdy underneath Valley or tell you that water goes downhill and it just felt to me like they didn't care because there was a lot of standing around a lot of kids on their phone and it'... read more

4 years later, and there still lacking customer service. I had a moisture problem in my home and I attempted to give them another try. Thank God for another roofer that I found . All I wanted them to do was to come out and assess the problem so that at least I had some kind of understanding what was happening to my roof I got run around. I was told I was going to get called back on numerous occasions. Since Tuesday I was told I would get another call back and put on the schedule and charged . We've had a series of hail storms here lately. With hail comes roof damage. My wife and I have recently purchased our first house together and so that means that we are the ones responsible for repairing our home. After asking around for a roofing company Aimco came up several times. After meeting with a few other contractors that were recommended. Aimco was the only one that was within our price range. Roof still leaks, and "cricket" not installed. We contracted with Aimco to repair / replace our roof after a storm. We specifically discussed two issues. 1. The existing roof had a leak where it joined a metal roof on the back porch. 2. The existing roof did not have a "cricket" behind chimney, as code dictated. We have called and left messages, we have sent letters, etc. both issues are still unresolved. The roof still leaks and there is no cricket behind the chimney.
