I was a guest at a hotel managed Hotel General Manager AMIT DUTT. I work as a travel art therapist working in hospitals with terminally ill children. As I work overnights, I sleep during the day. We extended our stay and the housekeeper entered the room twice with the DND sign posted and our extended reservation deposit taken. Terrible customer service. This company runs the Residence Inn Marriott ******* ****************. We found cockroaches in our room; literally on the walls, in the bathroom and running across the kitchen floor. We left well before checkout, around 4 something AM shortly after discovering them. The ** has refused to give me a full refund, this is unacceptable. We have been loyal members for ******** and our relationship with ******** will end because of the incompetence of this ** and the unwillingness to do the right thing. I... read more
