I received my first reflexology appointment in July. Barbara was so amazing. She was trauma focused and I really felt nurtured and safe in her space. I felt so much lighter, calm, and content afterwards. I plan to go back to her when I am back in town!
What a wonderful and relaxing experience! Barbara does an amazing job and has such a gift for holistic wellness . It was incredible to discover that certain areas of the feet really do correlate with other areas of your body. Will definitely use this service again and give loved ones the chance to experience her talents too. Update: Barbara is nowing offering hot stones with reflexology, as well as, the ability to experience a sound bath. Still recommend her services 2 years later...

Just wonderful. The sound baths are so healing and relaxing, you are floating on a cloud. I have used the reflexology treatments for relief after being on my feet all day. It helps relax your whole body. I would recommend this business for anyone looking for relaxation and easing of pain.
