I am a big fan of Fred. Fred was very helpful in providing the technical help and guidance of getting my Kinetico running back to normal once again. I really appreciate how he determines the root issues, and addresses those specific issues to mitigate the problem. Fred was spot on resolving the issues I had with my Kinetico. Fred was great knew what was needed. Sent 2 installers Chad and Kyle which made my install easy, when it really was a tough one my pipes are old. AIM is a great company to do business with
saw the work truck for this company in the meijer parking lot 12/19/24 and they wrecked into a shopping cart purposely because they were too lazy to move it putting the lady loading her stuff in her car next to them at risk, if you act like that in public than imagine how you act in private, i wouldn’t want you anywhere near my home.Maybe don’t act like you have no sense driving a company vehicle.
Great place to get water treatment equipment, service and supplies. When I purchased my home, AIM water softener and whole house filtration equipment was installed. 17 years later, it is still working well. Everyone in the store is helpful , too. Thank you!
