We met Fred from AIM Water at the Home Show Michiana 2026 at the Century Center and talked with him about our Kinetico system. He made an appointment for us the following week, and the whole experience was fantastic. Fred walked us through everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the process easy and comfortable from start to finish. We really appreciated how knowledgeable, professional, and friendly he was. Highly recommend Fred and the team at AIM Water in Mishawaka!

Normally I get a little nervous when someone is coming for a service call. I’m a small woman home alone with multiple kids. Fred was INCREDIBLE. He immediately put me at ease. He was so understanding about my kids interrupting and my dogs running up to say hello. He walked me through everything, explained thoroughly, and never once did I feel like he over explained or “mansplained” to me. He also made sure I knew the price of each filter before installing them so there were no surprises. 11/10!

AIM is awesome! We used them for a new water softener system for our home. Mike in sales was super friendly and did a great job explaining the best option for our home. Chad and Kyle came early for the install and got everything up and running quick and easy. They even hauled off the old junk! AIM came in more affordable than the competition. Would 10/10 recommend. Really happy we went with these guys

I’m so glad my plumber recommended AIM Water Treatment when I needed a new softener three years ago. All options were clearly explained and I felt confident in my selection. Fred W. has been my technician and every encounter is a pleasure. He is professional, responsive, efficient, and personable. The system works so well and I have the softest water ever! Looking forward to many more years with AIM and Fred!
