⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! I have been a customer of AIM Water Treatment in Mishawaka for several years, and I would like to take a moment to recognize Jason for the outstanding service he provided during my annual system inspection. Jason came to my home to perform the yearly maintenance, including changing filters, testing the water, and ensuring my system was operating efficiently. Throughout the visit, he was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. His friendly attitude and attention... read more
Needed a new water treatment system and wanted Kinetico. Fred showed up, tested our water and had a system installed within 48 hours (business hours). They were prompt, in and out, cleaned up well AND took our old softener. The leaks of our old system are a thing of the past. We would strongly recommend AIM to anyone looking for professional, timely, service.
Chad did a great job switching our water softener system to our new home!
We've been using AIM Water for a few years now and have to give our delivery driver John a huge shout out! He provides excellent customer service, accommodates delivery changes when needed, and shows up when expected! It's hard to find these days, thanks again John!
They don’t take road safety in consideration at all, they wait til the very last minute to keep up with maintenance for their delivery vehicles
