A 5-star review really doesn’t do this review justice. I reached out to Shane in late July 2025, ~2 weeks before Miatas at the Gap. I had recently just finished installing a Garrett turbo, LS coils, injectors, coolant reroute, and a heap of other parts on my ‘92 1.6L being run by a MSPNP2. I installed an MS3 Pro in my 2004 Mustang GT with a fully built motor. I went on line to look for a tuner and came across Aim Tuning. I wasn't even certain if this shop was still around which I later found out it had closed. I sent an email not even expecting to get a response. I bought a used 2003 NB Miata which had an MS3 PNP PRO installed and barely ran! It would rev exceedingly high on startup and the engine would die every time I disengaged the clutch. I did some research on local tuners vs remote tuners and decided to go with AIM Tuning. Sean was wonderful to work with and was one of the kindest people you'd ever meet. Just had my car tuned by Shane at AIM tuning and it was such a great experience. Not only did he help me trouble shoot my car and tune the car remotely, he also taught me how to tune as well. I wasn't comfortable with having my car remotely tuned but Shane walked me through everything and made me realize how amazing it actually is. I ended up learning a lot from him. I’m very very pleased with my experience with AIM Tuning. Shane was quick to respond when reaching out for his tuning services for my 92 NA turbo project, and he was more than willing to help me diagnose and fix some minor issues with the car before we were ready to tune. The tuning process was smooth sailing after we knew we were ready to dive in as he is a very knowledgable guy. I would 10/10 recommend Shane to anyone going the MSQ route and I will continue to use his services!
