My company recently had a reefer trailer breakdown under a refrigerated load. I called multiple cross docking facilities to try and have this load taken off one refrigerated and put into another that I had in the area. Every place I called either refused to help or give me vague answers if they could do this or not. I worked for this company for 6 months and 26 days, Starting in May of 2023. They took $650 from first paycheck for ELD Device (I was told will get money back after ELD device is returned). I quit on 15 of December 2023 and was told I will get escrow deposit returned in 45 days. After more than two months I contacted Irma and Fadil and asked for escrow deposit, ELD deposit and Camera subscription for 2024 in amount of $384.
