We have worked with Freddy and the AIM team for years. We recently had a disagreement where both sides were pretty frustrated, but Freddy called me and we were able to come up with an acceptable solution for both sides. Since then, everything has been very smooth with the AIM team. I look forward to moving many more shipments with them!

Used them for the first time and was very pleased with their service! Ran a partial load out of AZ to NC. Did what they said they were going to do. Would feel 100% comfortable to keep using them.

My company recently had a reefer trailer breakdown under a refrigerated load. I called multiple cross docking facilities to try and have this load taken off one refrigerated and put into another that I had in the area. Every place I called either refused to help or give me vague answers if they could do this or not.
