I hired Aimee as my personal trainer. She came to my home and put together a full body workout routine for me using the equipment I have in my home gym. Aimee also took the time to demonstrate proper form and posture for each exercise. I am so glad to have met Aimee and I recommend her not only for personal training, but for group and class sessions at her gym or at your place of business.
Anyone interested in losing should join AIM TO GET FIT! In a short 4 months, with my positive mindset and Coach Aimee rooting me on.... I have lost over 10 pounds, 2.5" from my waist and 4% of body fat!....and I am not done! What I have gained is so much more though: I have gained overall strength, I have regained my confidence, I have gained a support team of like minded folks at the gym just trying to be their best selves. Aimee is dedicated to her clients, wants them to succeed and helps them achieve their goals!
I have been going to Aim to Get Fit for the last year. I love that classes are small, that makes it easier for the trainer to be able to correct and make sure you are doing the exercise correctly. Having different classes makes it fun. You never know what the workout will be that day. Everyone is encouraging and we all motivate each out. Happy that I found Aim to Get Fit.
