We reached out to ******************* via phone and email the same day that this review was posted. We did send the proposal via email out on Monday. Unfortunately, there was a clerical error, and the email was entered incorrectly when sending the proposal via Quickbooks . As we were unaware that the customer did not receive the quote, we believed that they had received the proposal on Monday. We hired Aim to Amaze to remove a deteriorating concrete patio and replace it with a new colored and stamped concrete patio. On the day of pouring, they ran out of concrete, so the truck had to leave to retrieve more to finish the job. The crew added 2x4s to stabilize the concrete that was just laid and waited for the truck to return. Also, as previously agreed upon, they did not include a gravel base and they did not use an additional 2 pour under the hot tub. Absolutely the worst construction work was done on our community fence. Left debris every where. Used substandard products. Improper spacing of posts.
