I’ve been doing my taxes for over 7 years, so I know how this should work. I paid this office to submit my paperwork to the IRS, but they never sent it. Because of their mistake, my case was finalized and I ended up owing nearly $12,000. When I asked them, they said they “forgot.” Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.
