DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM AIM REALITY this might be a long one so grab a drink & a snack. we moved in to our apartment April of 2024.. at first everything was great. no complaints. until our toilets started breaking. we would put requests in to maintenance and it would take 2 days for someone to come out to fix them. this was a 2 month ordeal of maintenance men coming in days after a request, saying it’s fixed and then 2 days later having the toilets break. we pay for a 1.5. bath and was down one toilet for over a month ... read more
Had a great experience viewing a property and applied for it immediately. They then called me and asked me for a Social Security card picture which I have never been asked for before by any company ever that I have rented from and upon furnishing that information to them, they promptly blocked my number and refunded me my application fee. I am disgusted with their customer service and highly discourage anyone from doing business with these people. TIME WASTERS
