Had a great experience viewing a property and applied for it immediately. They then called me and asked me for a Social Security card picture which I have never been asked for before by any company ever that I have rented from and upon furnishing that information to them, they promptly blocked my number and refunded me my application fee. I am disgusted with their customer service and highly discourage anyone from doing business with these people. TIME WASTERS
Please don’t ever rent for them. I had mice in my apartment they only treated my apartment once with pest control. Everytime there was something that needed to be fixed I would have to be home. Sometimes the maintenance guy would come other times they wouldn’t it was extremely inconvenient. Their manager was very rude to me on multiple occasions. Save yourself the trouble. The apartment was spacious and the neighbors were sweet.
They are a bare minimum company. Do not recommend.
