My undermount kitchen sink fell out of place and pulled out of the pipes. Aim Plumbing was very quick in responding to my request and fixed my sink the same day after calling. They did a great job and I loved the service provided. Great job.
Mez was very professional and went above and beyond on our service for installing a new hot water heater, thanks again for the great service !!!
Had a leaking toilet late Saturday evening. Called a couple of the popular plumbing companies who both told me they couldn’t come out until Monday. Called Meziane at Aim and he was there within an hour(midnight on a weekend!). He was personable and efficient and replaced the leaking valve quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing issues.
Had a plumber (Mez) from this company replace our sump pump. After a day, we noticed a leakage from the pipe and asked the person to fix it. It was an easy fix, but he did not care enough to do it on the first day when he installed the pump. A week later, an inspector mentioned that the choice of pump was clearly not up to the standard for the type of tank we have. We called Mez to address this, but he simply refused to do anything.
