I do group classes 3 days a week and Personal Training 1 day - it's the perfect exercise routine! Having a Personal Trainer is the best way to land exercise movements correctly. Great community of gym people, everyone is welcoming and fun! Lots of laughs and hard work. Plus, their official mascot is a Pug Dog named Pompei that is everyone's friend!
