Can't even get them to answer the phone to even try and schedule something quick and easy.....like my money is no good to them
Can't even get them to answer the phone to even try and schedule something quick and easy.....like my money is no good to them
Made an appointment with them to look at a fireplace/heater in 4 days. After 4 days no visit or call. When we called to see when they would come by we were informed that some jobs came up and they would not come by as agreed and that they MIGHT be able to look at the gas fireplace/heater in 2 months! We will never call on them again, simply not reliable.
Didn’t show for appointment and doesn’t answer phone or return calls.
