My grandmother has been a patient at AIM Medical Center for many years, and our family has always been grateful for the care she receives. The front office staff is always welcoming, kind, and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. The medical assistants are professional, compassionate, and treat my grandmother with patience and respect. It’s comforting to know she’s in such good hands. Thank you to the entire team for consistently providing excellent care and making our family feel valued!

My experience with the office has been very professional and friendly. T'Asia and the rest of the staff are always willing to assist with my needs.
Their staff is SO rude. Said NO service animals allowed even if someone is blind. Also even though I'm 140 pounds & I used to weigh over 359, they said they couldn't see me for ANY reason, but they'd be HAPPY to help me lose weight. Seriously? Way to make someone whose lost over 200 pounds to feel insecure.
