Customer service is subpar from my experience. Walked in with some packages to return as the only customer In the store. The employee was shuffling about and did not greet me or ask if he could help. He shuffled in my vicinity still no acknowledgment of my existence so I greeted him politely asking how his day was. He mumbled something I couldn’t comprehend and went back to his shuffling and returned behind his desk.
