They opened my mail! I had a box shipped to them and they opened it! And inside that box was another box, filled with business cards, it was sealed and they opened that as well. Not only is that extremely unprofessional, it’s illegal. EDIT: Yes you DEFINITELY opened my package and then the package inside of that box. You did it. You opened my package. Sorry, not buying your line.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years. We paid $20 each for passport photos that were rejected because they weren’t done correctly. I called three times and went back to the store to get it resolved — each time we were met with dismissive responses and told it was our fault for submitting online instead of by mail. After doing more research, we found out that wasn’t true — the photos just weren’t taken in the right format. Great value. Great location. Great staff. I've been a customer here for 10 years. It's so nice to aways get a warm greeting, even when they are unloading 10 huge boxes for me!!!
