I’ve been a loyal customer here for years. We paid $20 each for passport photos that were rejected because they weren’t done correctly. I called three times and went back to the store to get it resolved — each time we were met with dismissive responses and told it was our fault for submitting online instead of by mail. After doing more research, we found out that wasn’t true — the photos just weren’t taken in the right format.
