Great prices and friendly staff, fast in and out service.
Dropped a package off there for FedEx to pickup. Owner of AIM said to leave on table and he would take care of it. It's been several days now and the package has never been picked up by FedEx.
I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes but I'm glad I was patient and waited till my turn because I could not have been happier with the way they packed my son's stuff I needed to ship to him. If you need to ship stuff for your kids away in college, this mail center is the one you can trust.

They did the job perfectly when I asked them to pack and ship an antique candle stand I sold on ebay, which was delicate and bizarrely shaped. My buyer thanked me for safe delivery with professional packaging. I recommend this mail center to everyone and all ebay shippers.
The staff is unbelievably effiecient the printing prices are by far the best in town. I was amazed that we were able to get 5000 postcards printed in one day turn-around. and they were better than I expected.
The ladies at AIM are first rate. They pack with care and ship everywhere!
Stay away from this place unless you enjoy paying sky high prices. I stopped in to buy stamps and they charge more than the post office...I walked out laughing and went to the grocery store.
I used AIM a few times and realized their pricing was ridiculous compared to other shops in the area. I have been a west Olympia resident for over 25 years and have seen businesses come and go. I have a feeling if it wasn't for the fact that they are corporate they would have already gone under. I used to use AIM Mail Center in west Olympia until I figured out what a ripoff they are. I can understand paying a bit more for convenience or service, but their prices are downright insulting! Easily the most expensive shipping center in town. They claim their prices are the same as Fedex and UPS but that is completely untrue. The price checks I did for my home based business were easily 30% more than other local competitors!
