Workers are awesome. Kind and super quick when I need a package sent.
I love the customer service here! The staff is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable while assisting me with my deliveries. This is my first choice when it comes to dropping off & delivering packages. They actually have better shipping rates than other companies, and provide many other services as well. It is always a pleasant experience doing business with the Aim Mai Center.
Dropped off a USPS package here for convenience. Package went missing and tracking was never scanned. Beware. I went back and asked for help. They were very kind, but assumed no liability. I suppose its not their fault, but it would be nice to know where the package is.
Love this place!!!!!! I ship with the states and internationally, I feel so confident that my clients/customers would receive their packages safely and in the quickest ways possible. The owner/manager is always so kind and his workers are an extention of his professionalism and effectiveness. I plan on continuing our great working relationship for years to come. I needed 2 sets of wet fingerprints. The owner performed the process effectively and efficiently. He noticed my US Air Force jacket and didn't charge me for the 2 cards, a $10 savings. Awesome.
