Mark was so helpful in getting my passport renewed..he took photographs, filled out the renewal form on the computer for accuracy, gave me directions on where to get a money order using cash or a debit card, then put the forms, old passport and the pictires in an envelope and put in the mail. He also gave me a copy of the form and showed me how to fill out the money order! EXCELLENT service there!

as a young woman living on my own for the first time, i didn’t know how to mail a package. i first went to USPS and they were so horribly rude and unhelpful that i left in tears and ended up here. they are SO KIND here. the man behind the counter fully explained the process, helped me out with every step and completely turned my day around (and didn’t judge me for crying). i’m so grateful for this place and i will be handling all future package shipping through AIM Mail Center.
