Best inspector! We have used Fred multiple times. Thorough and very detailed. You won’t be disappointed with his work.
This is a GREAT inspection company. Fred Brock is an excellent inspector. Unfortunately, I have had to go through 3 home inspections in the past 2 months. The basis of 1 was somewhat around the inspection, the other was an unrelated issue. Fred worked with me and my schedule to get it done. He is always very thorough and will take the time to explain everything to you: what is and isn't to code, what is the norm in different-aged homes, and recommendations to repair or replace.
