Sorry to give you such a low review but this is due to the poor decision making capacity, listening to family members of patients by one of your physicians Dr. Mushtaq Mohammed. When he came into the ER at Bolingbrook hospital I informed him of my concerns of a brain bleed but he was adamant that it was due to acute kidney injury, but agreed to do a head CT and never followed through, and due to not following through with the head CT missed a brain bleed.
