I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. The administrative process was extremely slow and inefficient. When I needed help accessing my Bupa digital card, they were unable to assist me, and I ended up wasting almost an hour standing at the counter just because of their disorganized system.
