Recruiter told me they needed 5 years experience selling solutions and that’s why I was turned down, I have over 8. The only reason I was turned down is because I’m disabled and a migrant. My educational and employment was a perfect match. AIM actively discriminates during the hiring process. This is perfect example of a company abusing labor laws in Illinois based on federally protected status laws.
