Called to ask for them to come a do an estimate on a large project in my home. Was told the estimator was not in and that he would call in a little while. Waited a week and called again. Still no phone calls and it's been 3 weeks now. I've found someone else to do the work in my home!
They were recommended to us and we called to make an appointment for a quote. They never came for the appointment. When I called to see where they were or what happened I was put on hold and then told that no one could come. It would have been helpful if they would have communicated with us that their plans had changed so that we would not have to wait and waste time for nothing.
