Brought Ford ka in April. Noticed the clutch was clicking on test drive but everything else about the car seemed perfect. I raised the clutch with James after the test drive, he assured me it would get fixed and so I purchased the car. I rang every few days to see the progress of getting the clutch fixed and was told they were waiting for a part to arrive. Finally I could go pick it up and all seemed well for about a month. Until the clicking came back. Took the car to my trusted garage to find out aim cars hadn’t installed ... read more

Car not working as advertised, multiple problems identified in the car less than a week after buying, despite having a week to get the car ready. No aftercare. Simply passing the blame on whenever trying to contact them about the issues. James, the seller, frequently does not answer his phone, even during office hours, and is completely reluctant to resolve the issues with the car, despite being provided a supposed 3 month warranty.

There is no minus stars rating! Cars not fit for purpose, questionable MOT, questionable service, wont take calls, answer machine full, no response to emails, will not fix unsafe cars. Seriously out of pocket and despite partners towed back to them 2 months ago, we have no car, no repair and cant get hold of them. Spent £800 on the car within weeks of buying being told the warranty would cover. Guess what....the warranty did not exist!!! LOOK ALL OVER THE INTERNET FOR MORE OF THE SAME....legal action is commencing.

Everything was ok to begin with agreed a deal with a witness present on a car that after an MOT any advisories would be dealt with. The car had 3 advisories to begin with after the MOT it had 6 which they backed tracked on their agreement & refused to rectify. We decided not to buy the car as it was too much hassle and they agreed to refund my deposit. Since then they have made any excuse they can not refund me. After many texts & no shows when agreed I have had to take legal advice. Do not trust them in anyway they are happ... read more
