It took more than 24 hours to get a call back after I left a voice message. After scheduling the appointment I pointed out to Jim that the Groupon would expire before the appointment date, and he refused to honor it. I immediately purchased a new Groupon with a different company, and noticed Groupon's policy to honor a purchase as long as it was redeemed prior to the expiration date, even if the actual appointment was after the Groupon expiration date. Very professional. They got pet stains out and even got black nail polish out of cream colored carpet. Great work!
Adam was very professional and on time. He was patient with me as I decided which of our two air systems to clean, including writing up a couple of different invoices so I could compare. He didn’t pressure me to do more expensive add-ons. Most importantly our carpets look great! We will definitively use them again and recommend them to friends
After being cancelled last minute by another company, I scrambled in searched of someone to come-last minute. I found Jim with Aim and he was extremely friendly and accommodating! His son was a big help during our appt :). Good job, bud! Our carpets look and smell great!
