As with another poster, if I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Tanner is horrible. She charges her patients for care outside of their insurance. She also drops patients when they show any sign of disagreement with her practices. She seems super unethical and I'm glad my friend is no longer her patient. I told my friend to report her to the medical ethics board. Glad my friend found a better provider.

The only reason this place is still in business is because Multicare funnels people here via a list of providers closest to your location. I could write an essay about all of the horrible experiences I had over the course of the year that I was forced to give this awful place my money in order to get my medication. Dr Tanner was late for my appointment many times coming in at exactly 15 minutes after my session began, which I was ok with that because I wanted them to be as short as possible. Never answer the phone and won’t return your voicemails for 7+ days if at all. Their system is unreliable to appropriately schedule virtual appointments and they will charge you no show appointment fees despite the links never being delivered to you. I’m extremely disappointed in how I’ve been treated over the last few months.
I made an appt and when I was unable to fill paperwork out online due to their outdated system, I went to the office too fill out the paperwork, but they close for 2 days a week to do virtual appointments so I'm being punished and charged $150 to $250 for not canceling 48 hrs in advance when I called and said I was having problems. I do not recommend anyone with this business practice.
