Day of appointment comes I get a text saying Mike with aims inspection will be at my home around 9:30am. Around 9:40 my dogs start barking so I look out the window and what I’m assuming is Mike walking around the vehicle so I go to throw on some shoes and a sweater open the door not even a minute later and he is GONE AND I GET AN EMAIL SAYING MY APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED! never did I receive a text or call saying he has arrived or even a knock on the damn door. Make an appointment 3 months out. They cancel 5 minutes before they're supposed to show up... Car has to be returned to the dealership by next week. Next available appointment 4 weeks out. Avoid if possible.
Paid for the service, but due to an apparent IT issue they were unable to provide the report. They ended up refunding me, but I missed the deadline with the seller due to their inability to process their own report or come up with an alternate solution like calling me to talk through the report.
They inspected my vehicle briefly got the transmission wrong said it was an automatic, and it was a manual. Very simple error. They never ran any scan on the vehicle. They simply just drove it and looked at the cosmetics. The car later broke down on the highway had to get towed and is now a lost cause. I called them and they said they just checked for cosmetics and drive the car so they’re not really doing a full inspection. I would suggest you go to an actual dealership. This is not a good service.
