This company called September 4, 2018 stating that the leased car could be eligible for an inspection. I asked if it is mandatory, they said it is not. So, I said I don't wish to waste my time. Today, September 11, 2018 they called again, this time they stated that they call from Lincoln financial services, and inspection is mandatory... I stated that same number called few days ago and it was different company and different words were spoken. I didn't get his name but one of your inspectors came out today in Rhode Island, did a thorough job and was fair in his assessment. I asked him if he wanted a job with my company but he said you guys were great and that he wouldn't leave. We prepare diminished value reports in all 50 states if you ever need them. 5 stars for your guy!
I purchased a car from a lady who used AIM for the inspection. I bought the car and everything the AIM inspector said was okay really wasn't. He did a poor job inspecting and his report was misleading at best. The car had an exhaust leak, wasn't shifting properly and many of the electrical systems like windows and radio were not working.
