Caller number 3 in the queue for over 15 minutes at the end of a Friday after missing a phone call that lasted 2 rings. Just want an early day off. Ridiculous. I've never had a conversation last more than 3 minutes because they can't wait to get rid of you palming you off onto a website or email

Waited on the phone line for 2 hours, was position 6 and drop me off on position 2. So disappointed.

I have been with this surgery for nearly 3 years and despite lots of medical problems have not managed to actually see a GP once. I have had three referrals only one of which has come to fruition and currently need one for a kidney problem but no testing for infection as suggested by the ultrasound people. No doubt I’ll be on dialysis by the time anything happens…..be warned there are no female doctors at this practice

I have been waiting for nearly 5 weeks for Addenbrooke’s to send me an appointment, to see the Neurosurgery team . I spoke to Addenbrooke’s today, to find out any information and I have been told, I have not been referred by my Doctors, this after seeing my doctor two weeks ago and being told by them, there is nothing they can do until Addenbrooke’s send me an appointment. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a patient

Very Poor. They have Sat on my referal for over 6 weeks so far, instead of simply sending it off, no doubt all it takes are a few button clicks. They are very quick to dish out drugs though, without even seeing you! Like so many, just glorified drug pushers, putting profits before people.
