Patient since birth. Steady decline to a fall off a cliff after Covid. Dr McKeev is just waiting for retirement, no interest at all in the state of the facility or the services outwith his office. The receptionists (minus Rae) are deplorable, horrendously rude and act with a huge level of entitlement. I remember I complained about a used bag of medical waste in the forecourt and was told “not up to us” in regards to taking care of it. Moving surgery never felt so good.

“The reception staff are very rude. When we ask for clarification about things we do not understand, they respond in an unprofessional and dismissive manner.

The whole staff and doctors are a nightmare. This is not a GP surgery but more like a fortress. No face to face appointments regardless the condition. Doctors try to diagnose on the phone and issue unnecessary prescriptions. It won't be long someone will get seriously ill due to irresponsible staff in this practice. Reception staff is so rude and will start a shouting match if you request for face to face appointments. Stay away from this rude and irresponsible bunch.

Still keeping the doors bolted as if it was the height of COVID. That aside it's a good surgery.
