Every time I need to see or speak to a doctor they are so good and all the staff that you speak to on the phone are so helpful and I have been with them over 35 years and when I have move house I have never or would never move doctors 😀

I had an appointment with Dr Huma Ghauri, and she was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable immediately and really listened to all my issues. She was so kind to me throughout the consultation especially since it was my first one by myself without a parent. The process was very efficient and everyone is very nice, the young man on the front desk was also very kind checking me in. Happy they are my GP.

I'm from Austria and was on vacation in Manchester. On the first night, I experienced excruciating pain in my lower back and down my leg, with paralysis. Dr. Graig was the doctor (according to the internet) who was the nearest doctor. Despite the severe pain, I was turned away without any help. I was only advised to go to a medical center, which was visibly difficult for me. I never would have expected to be sent away by a doctor without any help. I find that disgraceful!!! I would give it a rating of minus 5 stars, not 1!

If I could leave 0 or minus stars, I would. Changing to this practice due to catchment area was the worst decision of my life, they have stopped my healthcare without any follow up for the past 8 months. The receptionists have to call their higher ups who are offline by 2pm, although I have not been assisted in urgent and emergency situations.
