I have several concerns I would like to share: 1. My 4-month-old received a set of vaccines today. I did not find any information in the after-visit paperwork regarding his vaccinations or guidance on what to do in case of side effects. My son was crying severely and has a swollen leg. I had to call the office several times to find out how to manage this (what medications to give and proper amount).
