called the office, the dr doesn't take my insurance, the reception hung up on me like she's rushing to go somewhere when I asked if she can recommend any other doctors. my reply from her was "no" follow by hung-up. Yes you are a doctor's office you are also a service business, be courteous don't hang up on patients.
The best endocrinologist who has saved my life!
I visited five clinics to treat my Hyperthyroidism, but no chance to get an appointment. They told me to wait for three months. I never know that’s because of shortages of endocrinologist. I searched in google map, and found Dr. Chen is so near to me. I walked in their clinic, and visited her. I was so, so, so fortunate that she was available for this period. She gave me so many advices and released my stress. She is so professional, so patient, and so considerable. I really appreciate her help!
