She is very right to the point and knows her stuff you really don't even have to ask questions because she explains everything before you even get a chance to ask a question and I really like this. All of her staff are wonderful very caring people.

Receptionist sucks. She looks lost when you ask her a question and takes forever to answer a simple question. I guess she has to go back to her notes to get a reply.
