Terrible. Spent 40 seconds with me, said she'd refer me to an ENT, and just.. never came back. I spent another 40 minutes waiting until I left the room to find out what was going on. My paperwork was completely incorrect, referenced the wrong ear, and the wrong kind of hearing loss.
Dr Janet is such a sharp doc. When I had strep throat three times in a row , she was determined to find the root cause . She asked the whole family to be tested. She found out my son had an ear infection we didn’t know and my son was a silent carrier of strep . What an amazing doc .
