Dr. Jaber seems to be highly incompetent, unenthusiastic and neglient when it comes to providing care during her practice. Despite working in an urgent care setting, she lacks any sense of urgency or actual care for her patients. My 2 year old son was seen by her at Berkeley Sutter Urgent Care on 12/26/25. It was obvious that she was extremely unknowledgable about children and pediatric care in general. She kept speaking to my toddler like he was an adult, insisting that he speak for himself. Terrible. Spent 40 seconds with me, said she'd refer me to an ENT, and just.. never came back. I spent another 40 minutes waiting until I left the room to find out what was going on. My paperwork was completely incorrect, referenced the wrong ear, and the wrong kind of hearing loss.
Dr Janet is such a sharp doc. When I had strep throat three times in a row , she was determined to find the root cause . She asked the whole family to be tested. She found out my son had an ear infection we didn’t know and my son was a silent carrier of strep . What an amazing doc .
