I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was awesome and Omar talked me through the whole process. I highly recommend!
Very Unprofessional. Had a dentist appt for Saturday, which they told me that my surgeon wouldn't be in but they had someone else to do it. Saturday comes they text me an hour before the appt and tell me basically the other surgeon is afraid to pull the tooth and I had to reschedule. I rescheduled for a Tuesday at 3:00, they called me Monday saying I was late to the appt, I never made the appt for Monday. The team at Blessed Smiles were able to see me same day for an emergency crown repair. During the initial consult with Dr Nam, I knew I would be in good hands. He and Yaya were very efficient and able to do the repair and also squeeze in a cleaning between. Only regret I have was neglecting my teeth for so long, but I trust I’ll be taken care of here.
The front desk staff, dentist and technicians are very professional. The best dentist office .
