I was excited to find an endometriosis specialist close to my new home as I knew I would be needing surgery soon after relocating. You're not able to speak with humans over the phone. Everything needs to be done through texting, and even text inquiries are not completed. Due to the reviews I read, I only quickly second guessed being told to pay $2500 out of pocket for excision by CO2 laser. I’ve been seeing Dr Caceras for over 15 years. She is an amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable and thorough.
Dr. Caceres is a caring and honest provider.While in a difficult battle with endometriosis, she has been forthcoming about options and risk, always explaining things thoroughly and clearly. She has the best bedside manner, making me feel cared for and I always felt like she truly has my best outcome at heart. I am still in her treatment and travel an hour gladly to see her. I had such a positive experience during my recent visit. The office was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Dr. Caceres was truly amazing so friendly, attentive, and a breath of fresh air during a time when I had a lot weighing on me regarding my health. She took the time to listen and offered thoughtful options for my fibroid treatment, which gave me a real sense of hope and direction. The wait time was minimal, and I left feeling supported and optimistic about the next steps. Highly recommend!
