Waited three months for an appointment after being told my insurance was accepted. The day before, it was rescheduled, and at the appointment, I was told they didn’t accept it. Very unprofessional
I have seen Dr. Caceres for several years for my endometriosis. She has performed 2 surgeries and has done an exceptional job. She is very knowledgeable, Friendly, patient, and honest. I highly recommend her for any female conditions. She truly cares and hears all your concerns. She does her very best in surgery and makes sure it is a smooth recovery. I just wish I can multiply her as she is a high demand specialist and scheduling is limited but worth the wait.
Dr Caceres is the kindest, most caring thoughtful person and doctor I’ve ever met. Her standard of care she gives is above anything I’ve ever received. I met her in June and had surgery yesterday! She was incredible and so thorough!! She validated everything I’ve felt since day 1. Every other doctor I’ve seen dismissed all of my concerns and pain but not Doctor Caceres. Dr Cáceres is excelente but her Staffing lack of customer service. I had been calling the office every day to schedule procedure and nobody answered, left several messages and nobody called back
