What is the point of having a patient portal, contact information, and preferred method of contact, if the office is going to do whatever they want anyway? I have been seeing her for a couple years, I think she’s great. Very informative and never had any problems.
The customer service is bad and the nurse practitioner is not so much in a hurry to help. Had to see her virtually because that was the only option for my insurance. Waited months for an appointment during the pandemic and thought it would be back to normal by now. They wanted a follow up appointment but neglected to ask me to ask my doctor for a referral, anyway ridiculous bureaucracy aside,I’m doing myself a favor and finding an endocrinologist since Ailec Estrada is a nurse practitioner and was not able to take my referra... read more
