Have they worked on their customer service attitude towards the black customer ? 🤔 Because when I went they were horrible and I've seen a few people comment the same experience. I'm licensed by the way and informed them of this fact.
I was so excited to shop here but when I went to the shop, I wasn't allowed to shop because I didn't have my physical license print with me at the moment and even though I showed the e-license from the board was valid and ID to match my legal name couldn't shop really Disappointed with their behavior for my first and last experience there.

FI love Aiko. Every time I’m in there, the customer service is great and the employees have always been kind and helpful. They have a very wide selection of nail supplies. Licensed professionals only tho.
On the website it shows that it’s not for licensed people but when you go to the store it says on the door it’s only for licensed, I hope that you fix this because you wasted me and my daughters time when we could have just went to another nail store.
