they're totally unprofessional on the phone people need to understand what you're saying and what they're saying and you completely can't do that because they don't understand they're completely rude on the phone and have no respect for people same with their medical nurse Jamie she is unprofessional
Whoever runs the phone is a completely untrained unprofessional woman ive ever heard.
The reception lady is extremely rude. Called to book an appointment and was treated horribly only to find out my Nurse practitioner wasn’t in that week. Third time I’ve called there and received this treatment.
