Whoever runs the phone is a completely untrained unprofessional woman ive ever heard.
The reception lady is extremely rude. Called to book an appointment and was treated horribly only to find out my Nurse practitioner wasn’t in that week. Third time I’ve called there and received this treatment.
They make appointments for you and cancel without your knowledge. Did this two times with my daughter and another time with my partner. And did not nofiy us until we got in clinic and basically told us we were lying. Saying "oh we are fully booked your name is not here, I do not know what to tell you". Same line each time they did this. Do not even come here. Go see a real doctor
