I started at Aikido Silicon Valley in 2001 and have been training regularly ever since. The instructors have a wealth of knowledge and experience, and students are always willing to help each other. Classes accommodate all skill levels and is meant to be informative as well as enjoyable. The techniques are effective and taught in a traditional manner. Classes here are very similar to classes I attended in Japan (Iwama). Fundamentals are stressed in class and are explained/demonstrated clearly.
