This is a great place
Great class for children to learn how to handle bullies or predators while always deescalating the situation first. My boys are 8 and 10 and they have learned multiple self defense techniques for someone that grabs/chokes/or bear hugs them. They also learn proper falling and rolling techniques Highly recommend
