This is a great place
Great class for children to learn how to handle bullies or predators while always deescalating the situation first. My boys are 8 and 10 and they have learned multiple self defense techniques for someone that grabs/chokes/or bear hugs them. They also learn proper falling and rolling techniques Highly recommend
Aikido classes are for kids and adults if you are looking for Aikido and other disciplinary self-defense in the Myrtle Beach area near Surfside and near Murrells Inlet this is the class for you. If you have ever wanted to take martial arts this class can be either slow paced or fast-paced, it's up to you. He has young students and he has more mature students. I'm a brand new student, and there's a gentleman next to me that's 70 years old who happens to be a Greenbelt in this style but a black belt and other Aikido styles. I ... read more
