I am uncertain about the 1.8-star rating for this post, but nonetheless, I highly recommend Aiken Regional ER. The staff is not only kind, but the beds are also surprisingly comfortable and very clean, unlike MUSC, which is often plagued by chaos. The team was able to diagnose my issues effectively and demonstrated a strong ability to listen.
Awful customer service just called to see if a relative was there. ER was hung up on .
if I could rate 0 I would .. I’m 8 weeks pregnant ! I went for fluids because I haven’t been able to keep anything down for 3 days !!! They told me at the front desk there was nothing they could do
The wait time is crazy taken people before other that's been here for hours
