My stepmom has been in hospital since March 24 2025 and today is April 1 2025 and no one had been in the room to clean. I had to put in a request to get the room clean. Very bad business something needs to be done.
Ridiculous to hate to wait almost 6 hours.. at any time.
Was here on 02/08/2025. Overall, I think they did well. Quickly ran an electrocardiograph and blood work when I came in with chest pain radiating down arm. My ER nurse, Mel, caught a UTI that was causing problems. On the down side, no one reviewed my medications with me AT ALL even when I tried to tell the doctor what I was taking. I think I walked away without a correct diagnosis. I still have chest pain that radiates down left arm when I lie prone or on my side. I have to sit up to sleep. Waited over 6 hrs in the ER for stitches Hospital staff was rude and you couldn't understand them at all Then when you get in the back you are left to wait another 6 hrs with no contact Dr walks in for 5 mins then you are discharged What the hell is wrong with this place ??? Also the waiting area was not cleaned and you had people sleeping all over the place Some were snoring so loud you couldn't hear anything but them Nobody would help either And why was only 1 Dr working in the ER???
